Hey kids! Come join the fun at our Children's Liturgy of the Word during the 11 AM Mass on Sundays at Annunciation Church! It's a special time just for you to hear and understand the readings of the day in a way that's perfect for your age.
Every Sunday, we gather together to share stories, learn, and grow in our faith. It's a chance for you to explore your relationship with God in a welcoming and engaging environment.
Join us and be part of the excitement! We can't wait to see you there.
Hey there, youth of Annunciation Church! Are you in 3rd through 12th grade? Looking for a meaningful way to serve your community while having a blast? Well, look no further – we've got the perfect opportunity for you!
Join our Altar Server Ministry and become an essential part of our parish family. Whether you're a girl or a boy who's made your First Holy Communion but not yet confirmed, you're invited to join us. Plus, after Confirmation, you can serve as a Lector or Eucharistic Minister and continue your ministry as an altar server.
As an altar server, you'll wear a sleek white alb and a ceremonial cincture, and you'll have some important tasks during Mass. You'll help carry the cross, processional candles, and assist the priest with various aspects of the liturgy. But it's not just about the tasks – you'll also lead the congregation in prayers and songs, playing a vital role in our worship together.
And guess what? If you need to fulfill community service hours for school or scouts, this is a fantastic way to do it while serving the Lord and growing in your faith.
Ready to learn more? Contact our parish secretary at 716.683.5254 or email us at [email protected] to get started. You can also reach out to our Altar Server Lead, Mary Weber, at [email protected].
Come, join us, and serve the Lord with joy as an altar server at Annunciation Church! We can't wait to welcome you to our team.
Hey Scouts and future adventurers! Looking for an exciting and rewarding way to grow, learn, and have fun? Look no further – Boy Scout Troop 325 at Church of the Annunciation is the place to be!
Established in 1996, our troop has been providing unforgettable scouting experiences for members of Cub Scout Pack 325 as they transition to Boy Scouts. We're part of the Red Jacket District of the Greater Niagara Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America, proudly chartered by the Holy Name Society of Church of the Annunciation Parish in Elma, NY.
Why Troop 325? Well, our troop number holds special significance. It's a tribute to Our Blessed Mother, the patron of our charter organization, and her feast day. On March 25th, we celebrate the Annunciation of the Lord, commemorating the moment when the angel Gabriel announced to the Virgin Mary that she would become the mother of the Son of the Most High.
As a member of Troop 325, you'll embark on unforgettable adventures, develop valuable life skills, and forge lifelong friendships. Plus, our troop is led by dedicated leaders who are committed to your growth and success.
Ready to join the adventure? Check out our troop website at https://www.troop325.org for more information. You can also reach out to our Troop Committee Chairman, Kathy Sitarek, or our Charter Parish Organization Representative, Mark Bergmann, for specific details.
Come, be a part of something extraordinary at Boy Scout Troop 325! We can't wait to welcome you to our troop family and explore the great outdoors together.
